Victoria Kaplan, its
Principal, has been in the real estate business in North Central
Connecticut since 1965. She was one of the youngest female licensed
brokers having operated her agency known as Brian Realty, Inc.
in Enfield, CT. During this period of time she also lectured on
sales and creative financing gaining recognition among broker
and sales persons. She also substituted for Lou Grossi, Teacher
and State of CT Real Estate Examiner at Asnuntuk Community College,
Principales and Practices of Real Estate -- a required class to
obtain a Real Estate License. She was a member of the National
Womens Council of Realtors and the first woman director of the
North Central CT Chamber of Commerce.
In 1988 she became the first woman developer of
modular homes in the North Central Connecticut and Massachusetts
area. Since 1995 she has concentrated on buying, selling, renovating
and leasing residential real estate, turning ugly ducklings into
the swans everyone wants.
